Jared Behnke has a broad investment banking experience working with clients across a diverse set of products, sectors & markets. His experience includes mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, leveraged finance, private placement, restructuring and leveraged buyouts. He has completed transactions totaling more than $12 Billion collectively.
He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA from the University of Texas in Austin, as well as Series 7, 63, 79 securities registrations.
Jared has served as the chair of the Fundraising Board for the Red Balloon Run & Ride, benefiting Children’s Hospital as well as the Charity for Sweeney de Mayo supporting Camp Sweeney for children with Type I Diabetes.
