Jack Crow

Jack Crow is Principal and Co-Founder of Shoal Creek Capital Partners, a privately held real estate investment firm. Prior to founding Shoal Creek, Jack was already involved in the value-add industrial world in multiple capacities. Jack founded GTC Real Estate Investments in 2020, which has since acquired over 250,000 square-feet of Class B and C industrial assets in the greater DFW Metroplex. Jack and GTC also partnered with Lang Real Estate Services on multiple DFW-based joint-venture transactions between 2020-2022. In previous roles, Jack spent time as an analyst on HFF/JLL’s Debt Placement team and as an acquisitions manager for Lang Real Estate Services. Jack was also appointed to the Board of Directors of Crow Holdings in 2023.
