Kevin McMeans is a 30-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, with various real estate investment management roles spanning multiple property types in multiple geographic locations, both domestic and international.
McMeans is currently serving as the Managing Director with Crow Holdings, a privately owned real estate management and development firm based in Dallas with an incredible track record across multiple property types.
In McMeans' role, he is deeply involved in the oversight of several signature properties that Crow Holdings owns a substantial stake in, including the Hilton Anatole Hotel, Dallas Market Center, and the Old Parkland Campus - all based in Dallas.
Prior to Crow Holdings, McMeans was with Hines, a global real estate investment, development, and management firm responsible for executing real estate investment strategies across various property types and locations.
Kevin is a Texas A&M alumni and former CPA. He has been married to his wife Kim for over 25 years and has two children, Kelsy and Koby.
