The Salvation Army of North Texas
Blake Fetterman focuses on governmental relations, land development, research and development, strategic planning and leadership with The Salvation Army of North Texas as the new planning and development consultant. With 19 years of experience, she previously served as the executive director of the Carr P. Collins Social Service Center; the region’s largest center of operation that shelters homeless populations and that provides 24/7 support to our neighbors in their fight against addiction and poverty. Additionally, Fetterman served as the point person in Dallas, Tarrant and Ellis, and Denton and Collin counties for building relationships with policymakers, assessing needs in local communities, and developing concepts that lead to long-term sustainability. As an active member of the community, she has experience serving for the Anti-Poverty Coalition of Greater Dallas, The Salvation Army National Opioid Crisis Response Taskforce, the City of Dallas Commission on Homelessness, the City of Dallas Domestic Violence Taskforce, and the Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance.
